1 Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
2 Clean and disinfect frequently touched object and surfaces
3 Avoid close contact with people who are sick
4 Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
5 Stay home when sick
6 Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
